How 2 Run Fast
What do I know about running fast? I’ve been a runner for over 30 years and have managed to stay competitive into my early 50’s. In my youth, I was one of the top high school runners in Massachusetts. Today, I’m a veteran of 6 marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
