Win a NATHAN VITAband Emergency Bracelet

NATHAN VITAbandNathan, the company known for its hydration and safety gear for runners and other athletes, recently introduced an emergency medical bracelet, the NATHAN VITAband.

The NATHAN VITAband is a silicone rubber bracelet that holds an ID chip and an optional pre-paid debit chip that you can use to purchase things when you are on the run.  The ID chip provides emergency personnel with access to Emergency Response Profile, containing your name, address, emergency contacts, medications, allergies, medical history, insurance information.  If you want, you can also link it to your Microsoft HealthVault account to provide them with access to more extensive medical records.

The NATHAN VITAband comes in 2 sizes and 5 colors.  It costs $20 for the band, $19.99 for the first year of service, and $34.99 for 2 years.

You can win a black small/medium size (7 inch or 180 mm wrist measurement) NATHAN VITAband (you will have to pay to activate the service) by doing any of the following things:

  • Reblog this post in Tumblr
  • Like this post in Tumblr, Facebook, or Reddit
  • Retweet this post in Twitter
  • Link to this post on your (non-Tumblr) blog and send me the link

If you do more than one of these things, you will get an additional chance to win for each.  Please make sure that there is some way to contact you if you win and check your Tumblr, Facebook, or email Inbox regularly.  Good luck!

Disclaimer: I received a NATHAN VITAband for evaluation.
