Coaching Young Runners? Help Them Get a Running Start
The New York Road Runners has produced a new video series, called A Running Start, aimed at the coaches of young runners. I’ve looked at a few of the videos from the series and I think they are excellent.
The more than 80 videos in the series are specifically designed for three different age groups: Elementary School (K-4), Middle School (5-8), and High School (9-12).
I think these videos are a great resource, not only for coaches, but for parents and young runners, as well.
Check them out and let me know what you think in the comments.
