Win a Copy of Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights?

Which Comes First, Cardio or WeightsI recently read Alex Hutchinson’s new book, Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights?  Alex Hutchinson is an award-winning journalist and a senior editor at Canadian Running magazine.  He writes a bi-weekly column on the science of exercise called Jockology for the Globe and Mail.  He has a Ph.D. in Physics from Cambridge and also writes a blog called Sweat Science.

In Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights, Hutchinson answers 150 fitness questions, drawing on the latest research from over 400 peer-reviewed scientific journals and interviews with over 100 researchers.  Despite all the science, the book is very easy to read, with short sections covering each question and a summary “cheat sheet” at the end of each chapter.

Find out how much do you know about exercise science.  Take the Which Comes First, Cardio or Weights Exercise IQ Quiz at this link.  I’ll share the answers in tomorrow’s post.
